Here at DeVille Apartments & Builders, we believe you can never have too many friends. That’s why we’re rewarding you for introducing us to new friends with the DeVille Refer-A-Friend Program. For each new person you introduce to DeVille Apartments & Builders, you’ll receive a Check for Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($50.00). Your friend will also receive Twenty Five and 00/100 Dollars ($25.00) off of their second (2nd) months rent.

If you are happy with our apartments and services we offer, then our Refer-A-Friend Program makes it easy and rewarding to spread the good news. We will even extend our Refer-A-Friend Program to you if at some point you have to relocate out of a DeVille Apartment because real friends are never lost; however they may have to move!

How does Refer a Friend Work?

1. Fill out the online form with both your friend’s information and yours.
2. Submit the form below and ask your friend to submit this form when they come in to rent their DeVille Apartment.
3. Thirty (30) days after your referred friend moves into a DeVille Apartment, you will receive a Check for Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($50.00). Your friend will receive Twenty Five and 00/100 Dollars ($25.00) off of their second (2nd) months rent.

Rules & Restrictions

1. This offer expires Thirty (30) days after the referred resident's move-in date.
2. Your referral must be a new resident.
3. There will be no retroactive referrals.
4. You cannot refer yourself.
5. You cannot refer another occupant in your apartment, unless the other occupant moves to another DeVille Apartment separate from your apartment.
6. You must provide a first name, last name, and e-mail address for both referrer (you) and referee (your friend).
7. All referees will be required to apply, and be approved for, a DeVille Apartments & Builders Inc. apartment or an apartment owned and managed by any DeVille Apartments & Builders Inc. subsidiaries.
8. We reserve the right to alter the qualifications or cancel this program at any time without notice.
